Oak Tile
Porcelain · 8x48 in plank · Matte finish
Every one of these is fully waterproof and built for a wet room. Bring a room size and we will price it while we are standing in it.
How it is built
Anyone can set a tile. The floors that are still tight in ten years are the ones where the slab was prepped properly first.

Fired solid, not just surface deep

Judy comes out, measures every room, checks the slab and looks at what is coming up. Bring questions. It takes about forty minutes and it costs nothing.
One written price covering materials, prep, fitting, trims and taking the old floor away. It is the number you pay. We do not add to it later.
Written, itemized, held for 30 days

Old floor out, slab tested, dips leveled, doors trimmed. This is the day that decides whether the floor lasts.

Tile is dry-laid first so the cuts land where they should, then set in mortar, spaced even, and left to cure. Once it is grouted and sealed, we vacuum, take the offcuts with us, and walk the room with you before we go.

$5.80/sq ft
Everything from the measure to the last piece of trim, in one written price.
$2.90/sq ft
You have already bought the floor. We prep the slab and lay it. Prep is priced after we have seen it.
Stairs, thresholds and heavy slab repair are priced separately, and always before the work starts. Nothing gets added to an agreed price.

“Our slab had a dip by the patio door that two other guys just laid straight over. Judy leveled it first. Two years on, the joints are still tight.”
“Quoted on the Tuesday, fitted the following Monday, and the price on the invoice matched the price on the paper exactly.”
“Kitchen and both baths in stone-look tile. The dog has done her best and you genuinely cannot tell.”
Tell us roughly what you have in mind. Judy replies the same day, usually within a couple of hours.
