Oak Tile

Every one of these is fully waterproof and built for a wet room. Bring a room size and we will price it while we are standing in it.
Warm honey
A wide plank tile with a real wood grain look. Will not fade, scratch, or soak up water like real wood does.
Riven stone
Cut small and set in a true herringbone pattern. Hides the day-to-day and wipes clean in one pass.
Deep satin
A dark, rich wood look that warms a room up. Will not scratch or dent, so dogs and kids are fine on it.
Cool grey
Reads as real slate without the sealing real stone needs. Kitchens and baths, no problem.
Soft veined
A bright marble look that opens a room up. Unlike real marble, it will not stain or etch, and never needs sealing.
Sand pale
The lightest wood look we carry, and the one most people pick. Makes a small room read bigger.
How it is built
Anyone can set a tile. The floors that are still tight in ten years are the ones where the slab was prepped properly first.
Fired solid, not just surface deep
Judy comes out, measures every room, checks the slab and looks at what is coming up. Bring questions. It takes about forty minutes and it costs nothing.
One written price covering materials, prep, fitting, trims and taking the old floor away. It is the number you pay. We do not add to it later.
Written, itemized, held for 30 days
Old floor out, slab tested, dips leveled, doors trimmed. This is the day that decides whether the floor lasts.
Tile is dry-laid first so the cuts land where they should, then set in mortar, spaced even, and left to cure. Once it is grouted and sealed, we vacuum, take the offcuts with us, and walk the room with you before we go.
